Our subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. We provide two options for subscriptions: a managed subscription or a self-managed subscription. The self-managed subscription is divided into two categories. The first option is a comprehensive do-it-yourself approach, while the other option involves our staff building your website and setting it up for you. Once the setup is complete, you can take over and manage it on your own.

Both of these solutions offer the advantage of maintaining a low cost while simultaneously growing the business. Subscriptions can be updated in your client area at any moment.

The managed Subscriptions provide a higher-quality environment in which the website, is build and maintained. This option is our most popular choice, as small businesses typically lack the commodity of time. 

Typically, the website creation process spans 5 to 7 working days, contingent upon the timely submission of required information. Upon signing up, you’ll be provided with a link to input all desired content for your website. After submission, our team will review the details and commence the construction process. Please note that timelines may vary depending on our current workload.

Absolutely, canceling is straightforward. However, it’s essential to adhere to the cancellation procedures outlined in our terms and conditions. Upon signing up, you’re consenting to our click-wrap agreement, accessible on our website under the Terms & Conditions section and in your cleint area.

We don’t have any hidden fees. We do however leverage a comparatively small annual payment gateway, debit order and admin fee. These fees can be viewed under the view all options section.

The registration process is rather straightforward. Proceed to the desired subscription and choose a plan. Next, you will be directed to the “Choose a domain” section, where you may opt to either register a new domain, transfer your existing domain, or decide to keep your domain with your current provider and redirect it to our server.

We strongly advise transferring your domain to take advantage of the domain administration function available in your client area.
