WHAT IS STANDARD TICKET SUPPORT?
A queuing system is used for this service. The majority of standard sicket enquiries are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Because standard tickets are based on volume, some returns may be handled within an hour, while others may take slightly longer. WHAT IS ON CALL SUPPORT?
Having an IT professional on call is a huge help. With this plan, you can get after-hours help for as much as four hours. There are many advantages to having access to on-call IT support, but the fact that your IT concerns are handled on an individual basis and given top priority is undoubtedly the best perk.

WHAT IS QUICK CARE?
The Quick Care product can be used to assist end users on the Free or Lite subscriptions with building support. This support does not included any custom integration, coding or adding additional plugins. This option is also great for email set-up on your PC or resolving any email issues. Please note that these session are 1 hour in lenght. Great option to have when you are in need of and I.T professional.
HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
The subscription is based on a Moderate monthly payment and gives the end user the benefit of having an IT expert ready to help when help is needed. We offer a cancel anytime option but due to the nature of our business module all Terms & conditions will apply.
