Subscription are defined as a commitment made by the end user to a product or service over a period of time. These services are billed on a monthly basis, by our payment gateway. These commitments are agreed to by clicking the i agree to all terms & conditions.
These subscriptions are billed upfront for a complete year. Please note that the set-up and yearly renewal fee is still billed once a year.
The set-up and yearly administration fee is billed once a year and upon sign-up. This fee is constructed of debit order and admin fees not included in the subscriptions.
Metric billing has been applied to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and convenience. Metric billing allows you to consume more resources than your subscription allows at an additional cost. Please keep in mind that you can always check your available space in your client area under services.
We offer two types of subscriptions. Managed and self-managed. Self-managed subscriptions are subscriptions that allow the end-user to design and administer their own website utilizing all of the premium tools, templates, and add-ons that we offer. The managed platform subscription is more complete. It is intended for business owners that have limited time to operate or develop their own website. This allows the end user a little more flexibility, knowing that the website build, maintenance, and uploads are handled by our team of experts.
Email hosting, domain hosting, and website hosting are all included in these subscriptions. Each subscription comes with a certain amount of hosting space. Simply entering your client area will allow you to enhance this space. The hosting space can be utilised and divided as the end customer desires via his or her client area.

Our subscriptions included domain hosting. Domains like a “.co.za” are included in our hosting subscriptions. Registration is a service that we provide and renewal will be for the cleints account. All other domain names, for example a “.com” as well as the renewal of that domains, are for the clients account. Please note a renewal notice will be sent out and renewals can de done in your client area. Simply log into your customer area, select domains and on the left hand side click renew.
These subscriptions includes email hosting. Each subscription includes a certain quantity of hosting space, which can be divided as needed. This can be accomplished by logging into your secure area and selecting services. You will be able to track and divide your current consumption here. Here’s an illustration: If you have 5GB of space, you can create 10 500mb email accounts or 8 and leave 1GB for your website. The remaining space can be used as you see fit. You are also welcome to create two 2GB email accounts and use the remaining space for your website.
Email accounts are limitless and can be configured by the end user. The only restriction is the amount of hosting space provided to your subscription. Extra space is available at an additional cost.
The majority of our subscriptions include an online store, allowing you to sell your products or services online. The majority of these subscriptions contain a set number of products that our team will build for you, allowing you to get your shop up and running as soon as possible. After the team has generated the maximum number of products, the customer can continue to add products to his or her shop indefinitely. If a customer wishes to add more products to their shop but is unclear how to do so, they can always visit our knowledge base YouTube channel. Clients can also request that one of our specialists add products to their shop; however, this will be paid on a per-product basis.Spitfirewebsites.com will not be held liable for any incorrectly uploaded products once the website has gone live.
We allow a certain amount of pages on the Managed Platform while the website is being built, but it is not limited. After the website has gone live, you can construct an unlimited number of pages. Spitfirewebsites.com accepts no responsibility for any mistakes that occur as a result of incorrectly added pages or goods once the website has gone live and is operational.
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
With the exception of the free and website-only subscriptions, the most of these subscriptions included monthly maintenance. Maintenance at spitfirewebsites is described as adding new items and photographs to your website, as well as upgrading plugins and information. Maintenance is limited to a certain number of hours per month, and if that number is achieved, maintenance will resume, but on an hourly basis. Spitfirewebsites.com has a fair usage policy in order to help and assist all clients. These subscriptions all contain a defined number of maintenance hours. Hours cannot be accumulated and will be lost if not used. Maintenance does not include any form of graphic design, photo editing, or any other service not specifically included in our maintenance policy.
These subscriptions provide a more personalised support service. For convenience, each client will have access to our Whatsapp service desk, a full comprehensive ticket support system, our knowledgebase YouTube channel, live chat, and personal agent help. These subscriptions are delivered in a very personalised environment, where the website solely offers WhatsApp and ticket assistance.
Our I.T Support packages are included to aid with setting up your email, offering comprehensive email support, and making sure your windows machine is optimised for its best perfomrance. Please note that we only work on MS office and Windows machines and all machines must meet the minimum requirements.

Please take note that this benifit activates once your email has been installed or website has been built. Virus removal is not included in this support as well as the set up of ms office and windows.
Our support team is always ready to help you set up and test your email. However, this is only done on request. Mobile installations and other mobile device support are also not permitted. Customers will be provided their information, and they must set up their own email accounts on their mobile phones. Mobile phone emialing is possible. Email configuration and support are only accessible for desktop and laptop computers. Because mobile devices all use various operating systems and email programmes, configuring them can be difficult. Furthermore, because some mobile clients are unstable and cause problems, we do not give support; however, your email account should work on any mobile device.
